Ashley Roberts is 31 years old, she is now a judge on UK TV show Dancing on Ice. Of course she has an amazing body as we can see in the image below. The gorgeous star is not greedy with her exercise and diet secrets and she revealed them all to Closer – The British Magazine.

The American singer, dancer, showgirl, recording artist, model, actress, fashion designer and television personality, best known as a former member of the modern burlesque group the Pussycat Dolls said she will never be stick-thin (what I like!)

Ashley Roberts Amazing Body in Yellow Dress

“I’ll never be crazy stick-thin because I’ve always been athletic and have muscle tone, which is much sexier. I want to feel confident, strong and healthy – not skinny.”

Who inspires her?

“My mom, who was a personal trainer, was a great role model for me growing up,”

How she stays slim (but not scary thin)?

Sorry to tell you but this amazing body pays the price of exercising everyday!

“I make sure that I do some exercise every day, even if it’s just getting out for a walk or going on a hike”

She also joins the classes for muscle conditioning and cardio:

“I try to get to a class a couple of times a week – hot power yoga is great for toning and releasing toxins and stress. For cardio workout that burns calories, I love spin classes… You need to challenge yourself to keep getting the results you want.”

The star’s best tip is not to restrict yourself too much:

“It’s important to allow yourself a slice of pizza or a cupcake, as long as you’re eating well the rest of the time,” Ashley added. “My guilty pleasure is Mexican food. I love a fajita, followed by desert and a cocktail.”
