How Celebrities Lose Weight?

This week I have seen so many articles of celebrities and their weight loss stories.

I share with you some of them:

1. Miranda Kerr said that it is yoga and a healthy diet the reason of her great body shape.

2. Kerry Katona confessed that she had a tummy tuck.

3. Frankie Essex in only two weeks lost has lost the excess fat of her tummy following the Cambridge Diet Plan

4. Khloe Kardashian lost 20lbs in just 20 days. Kim’s fat sister has got her own chef that cooks for her healthy and light meals and she has been working out hard with a personal trainer and with her husband.

5. Miley Cirus was called fat so she went from skinny to super skinny. What did she do to lose weight? Exercise and pilates.
