How to deal with our body imperfections

Renown people have said very useful tips that will help us lead with our human body imperfections when they do not make us feel as good as we wish. Follow their advice and you will feel better straight away.

1. Be patient but do something to remedy what you don´t like

“Have patience with all things, but chiefly have patience with yourself. Do not lose courage in considering your own imperfections but instantly set about remedying them — every day begin the task anew.”

2. Accept imperfections as a gift.
