Diet & Exercise that Naomi Campbell follows to stay slim at 43

Slim body and toned legs are just some of the features that this super top model has at 43 years old.

At 43 Naomi Campbell was spotted strutting on the Versace catwalk during Paris Fashion Week in July. Naomi is also is the host of Oxygen’s model competition show “The Face,” which is about to launch its second season.

If you are curious like me you might wonder what she does to have this amazing and slim body.

I found this and apparently these are the reasons (diets and exercise) why the super model has got this great shape.

How she stays slim: To stay slim, Naomi told Oprah in 2010 that she does the Master Cleanse — only maple syrup, lemon juice, water and cayenne pepper — about three times a year for at most 18 days at a clip.

I believe this is a total NO for our health, so read about it but don’t do it. Do not attempt to stay away from a healthy diet.

Exercises and other secrets
She stays away from carbs, jumps rope and indulges in regular steams and facials. “I don’t worry about a number,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2012. “I’m fine with aging.”

We can see that Naomi has a beautiful skin too and her face doesn’t represent her age.

Remember: she is a model!

I believe time is her friend, look at her this how she looked when she was discovered at the age of 15.
