Diet & Exercises of Kelly Osbourne Who Lost 63 Pounds

Kelly Osbourne is one of those stars that we keep on admiring because she is a success story of weight loss.

Today we get to hear her secrets for a healthy and slim figure.

‘Over the past two years, I’ve lost over four-and-a-half stone (63 pounds) – but I’ve only lost the last stone since I met Matthew (her boyfriend).
‘That’s because he cooks for me! He’s a vegan chef, so he makes sure that I eat healthily.’

What is the Vegan Diet about?

Kelly has swapped dairy, meat and fast food for a diet rich in vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds and is also committed to a rigorous exercise regime.

How slim she wants to be?

‘I’m happy with how I look now. As long as I’m healthy, do exercise and eat right, that’s the main thing. I’m slim now, but I don’t want to be anorexic.

What exercise routine they have?

‘I love Matthew and we love to work out together – we motivate one another. I go on the treadmill every day for half an hour and do two hours of exercise if I have a special event.’

Are you wondering how Kelly looked before and after dieting and exercise. Have a look below. The 27 year-old star has had an amazing transformation.

Isn’t she an inspiration for eating the right food and exericising?

The image below was criticized because it is retouched and Shape Magazine makes people believe that this is how Kelly’s abs look like. She is certainly very slim now as you can see in the image above but she doens’t have those toned abs that were done with Photoshop.
