Dunn wants designer’s wardrobe

Diane Von Furstenberg - Runway - Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2014. Trading closet with VB

Jourdan Dunn wishes she could trade closets with Victoria Beckham.

The British model is currently walking the runways at New York Fashion Week for designers including Diane von Furstenberg and Tommy Hilfiger.

Despite wearing some of the world’s most beautiful clothes, Jourdan is still envious of Victoria’s wardrobe.

“Victoria Beckham,” she answered without hesitation when Modelinia asked her whose wardrobe she’d like to trade with. “I feel like she’s always on point.”

It seems Jourdan’s own wardrobe would be the envy of many others though, and is jam packed with designer garments.

She cites a Stella McCartney clutch as her go-to bag this season, and a pair of Saint Laurent boots as her favourite recent purchase.

“I love them, but they’re such a b***h to take on and take off, because of all the buckles. But you can wear them with anything!” she smiled.

The model hasn’t evaded wardrobe malfunctions over the years, and vividly remembers one particular slip up.

“For the GQ awards in London [I had a fashion mishap]. I was wearing this Hugo Boss dress and it was very revealing, and I think a nipple was on show. I forgot to put nip tape there, so that was a bit embarrassing, but it happens,” she laughed.

She went on to list her all time favourite models, which included Iman, Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks and Kate Moss.

Aside from modelling, 23-year-old Jourdan has a keen interest in music and says she’s playing one album on repeat.

“I am still banging out Beyoncé’s album, I love it and I am so obsessed. I listen to it every day. Grown Woman is like my anthem!” she gushed.
