The 38-year-old actress looks younger than her years and is known for her petite figure.

She recently posted a fun photo of herself in a tiny two-piece and life jacket while on holiday with her boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston.

After spending a lot of time with her trainer Patrick Murphy Eva is said to be happier than ever with her body.

“Eva works hard to maintain her slender body and was feeling really confident in a bikini on holiday. When she’s at home, she works out with her trainer Patrick up to five times a week, doing high-intensity exercises, such as jumping jacks or jump squats,” a source told British magazine Closer.

“They also do lots of toning exercises, focusing on her core, arms, legs, bum and back.”

While the activities are difficult Eva is allegedly happy to do them in order to maintain her looks.

“Eva finds the workouts tough, but is proud of her body and has told pals she thinks she looks better now than she did 10 years ago,” the insider added.

The 5ft 2in star previously spoke about how she gets into shape. Along with exercise she also adjusts her eating habits.

“I actually do eat healthily, although I’m saying this while eating an apple pie,” she recently laughed to Britain’s Look magazine. “If I need to get in shape for something, I usually cut out sugar, which is basically in everything! So no bread, no pasta.”
