Extreme Diet to Lose the Excess Fat of Pregnancy: Jessica Simpson Did It!

We have been following Jessica Simpson’s journey to her weight loss after having a baby.

It has been hard like it is for most women. I am glad we can see pictures of women with real journeys. That excess weight of pregnancy is not lost in one night (as some stars make us believe they did).

Jessica has appeared on many pictures going to they gym and hiding her excess weight.

Jessica Simpson has reportedly dropped 60-pounds of baby weight in four months.

After a few months the diet that has worked was published by the NYP.

We are not recommending this diet. We are sharing the story of what celebrities have to do to cope with the pressure of being slim.

TMZ obtained Simpson’s extreme four-month crash diet plan that features low-fat smoothies, protein and plenty of vegetables. The 15-day smoothie diet consisted of five days of three smoothies a day that gradually worked in snacks and meals. The plan followed the basic Weight Watchers point system and included foods like egg white omelets, chicken, chick peas, and shrimp skewers.

Simpson’s initial attempt at weight loss was ridiculed by some. She drew criticism for her September Weight Watchers commercial because it only featured her face and it appeared as if she wasn’t dropping pounds quickly enough.

But looks like the hard work paid off. Simpson displayed her slim figure during an appearance with younger sister Ashlee’s new clothing line in Tampa, Florida last week.
