Georgia May Jagger is a firm believer in karma.
The stunning daughter of Rolling Stones legend Mick says sending out positive signals ensures good things will happen to you.
The model has had karma on the brain since German jewellery Thomas Sabo, who Georgia is brand ambassador for, brought out their new Karma collection.
“I do believe in karma. I do believe that if you have good positive energy, positive things will happen in your life, and I think it’s just about that energy, and I think that’s what they’re trying to evoke,” Georgia told WWD.
The new collection includes changeable beads designed to signify positive energy, joie de vivre and fortune. There is also a silver bracelet and necklace.
Georgia teamed up with photographer Ellen von Unwerth for the campaign, who she has previously worked with her for Italian Vogue and Madame Figaro France.
Called the photographer “fun and full of energy” Georgia thinks there’s a deeper reason why the two get on so well.
“We’re both Capricorns. I love her pictures – I think they’re great – they have that kind of old style to them. It reminds me of old Hollywood glamour or something,” Georgia said.
And Thomas Sabo creative director Suzanne Kobli agreed with Georgia’s sentiments, insisting the pair make a perfect partnership.
“We made the decision to use Georgia first, back in the spring. Then we chose Ellen because she has such a talent for shooting women and we wanted our girl to keep her girliness but be a bit femme fatale without looking cheap – that’s not easy to do,” Suzanne previously commented.
