You Hate Exercise Celebs Seem to Love It!

If you hate the gym, these stars seem to love it…

Rose McGowan above and Stacey Keibler below show their amazing bodies in gym wear.

These stars are spotted very often exercising.

Of course this body doesn’t come for free and it is better to enjoy the journey to a great body shape.

Maybe if we had that attitude we could have better results with our exercise routine. Is it the routine what we hate?

What you can do then is just to aim to get yourself moving. Remember + movement – calories is the answer for weight loss or less weight gain.

Today I found another pic or a different Hollywood beauty and I thought about adding it!

Ashley Green loves to exercise

The truth is that not many of them confess it when they don’t like exercise. So far Jessica Alba has accepted that she actually hates it!

I like doing dance classes. That’s fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises. And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out. Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that’s so much better for me than anything that’s repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving.

So when I’m at home and I’m working out and I don’t have a partner with me, I like to put bad television on. Usually a pretty embarrassing reality TV show and I do sprint intervals. So I’ll sprint for a minute and walk for 30 seconds and do that on and off for 20-30 minutes usually.”
