This is not the first time that I hear that celebrities use a jumping rope as their fitness and weight loss secret.

It is an inexpensive and easy item that you can use to fit exercise into your life.

Jumping the rope is a great exercise, it is cardio, you burn calories and you sweat + you don’t have to do a 1 hour exercise routine.

I actually recommend jumping the rope to those who don’t have much time for exercising or for those who don’t want to spend money for a gym membership.
