Kim Kardashian is reportedly spending £60,000 a month to impress Kanye West.

The 33-year-old star has recently been flaunting her post-baby body after giving birth to the couple’s first child, daughter North, in June.

In a bid to amaze her fiancé, Kim is believed to be regularly splashing out on dozens of designer pieces, many of which she doesn’t make a stable part of her wardrobe.

Kanye’s passion for fashion resulted in him launching his own line, DW by Kanye West, in 2011 as well as creating a capsule collection with French brand APC.

“Kanye loves fashion, so Kim feels under pressure to look good. She’s spending £15,000 a week on clothes and shoes to make sure she looks her best – and most of the shoes she wears just once,” an insider told British magazine Closer.

“She’s also been changing her outfits several times a day and her clothes have to be tweaked to fit her shape, so there’s the additional alteration costs too.”

Kim also appears to be co-ordinating the outfits she wears with Kanye’s own style. She is reportedly so keen to please her beau that she won’t go out in anything he doesn’t approve of.

“Kim’s clothes are piling up. She spends £5,000 on a single Bottega Veneta handbag and thousands on Tom Ford skirts, Gareth Pugh dresses and Aliá shoes. It’s ridiculous,” the insider added. “Kanye will tell her if he doesn’t like her outfit and she’ll change… Kim sees Kanye as a fashion guru, ad she believes his hype. She will do anything to please him, whatever the cost.”
