I carefully observed the pics and for me this looks like the scar of what might be a tummy tuck.

Lauren has been very vocal about her attempts to slim down and has been on a controversial liquid-only diet recently.
As well as being particularly strict in the lead up to her holiday, she was also seen working out at a boot camp in Spain, before the rest of her friends arrived.
