Martha Hunt has a butt like a “shelf”.
The 24-year-old model throws herself into exercise while preparing for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
To keep her perfect curves intact for when she puts on the label’s lingerie, Martha sticks to one particular appliance which gives her amazing results.
“There are no weekends off. I always step up my workouts a gear… I do a lot of yoga and I’ve been trying to do more spinning classes, too, but my new favourite exercise is on the Megaformer machine, which is like a pilates reformer but mega – it kicks your butt, literally,” she laughed to British magazine You.
“My Megaformer class only lasts for 15 minutes but I have really noticed the difference. My bum is like a shelf now – you can just place things on it.”
Fellow Angel Barbara Fialho also enjoys building a sweat ahead of the big event. However, she believes eating healthy also plays a big part in gaining the right figure for the role.
“When I have free time, I overdo my workouts a little to compensate for when I am travelling or modelling a lot and don’t have the opportunity to exercise as much,” she explained.
“A good breakfast is great for your metabolism – you can even be a bit naughty and eat a croissant. Then you should have a light lunch – vegetables with chicken or fish – and a very light dinner, maybe a kale salad with protein, or soup.”
