Above we have a recent picture of Kim Kardashian going to the gym. Even when she is pregnant she wants to keep her curves up.

“Kim’s adamant she won’t let her curves go during her pregnancy and says she’ll do ‘whatever it takes to stay in shape,’” a source told Closer magazine.

Kim has started working out with celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson, whose other A-list clients include Gwyneth Paltrow.

The star, who is believed to be around 15 weeks pregnant, is enjoying regular workouts and is feeling fit and healthy.

“Tracy has Kim doing 20 minutes of cardio, followed by toning and then another 15 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of dancing,” an insider explained.

Kim is madly in love with Kanye, and spending time with her rapper beau is proving a useful form of exercise too.

“She jokes her sex life is enough cardio some days,” the source added.
