Celebrities have slim and pretty bodies but they pay the price, they sweat it and most importantly they have the time to schedule long working out sessions in their busy lifes.
Jennifer Anniston confessed how much exercise she does to have the nice body that the actress shows off at the red carpet and in her tiny bikinies:
“I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week,” Aniston told InStyle UK. “I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination. Then I do Pilates one day a week and yoga three days a week. I try to mix it up.”
