Slim & Not Too Busty | Liberty Ross The Body of A Famous Lingerie Talks About her Diet

It is unfortunate but it is like that. The day something wrong happens to you, you become famous and this is the case of Liberty Ross who suddenly became more famous after revealing pictures of her husband Rupert Sanders caught the movie director cheating on her with the super famous actress Kristen Stewart.

Liberty Ross is the wife of Mr Sanders who is the Director of Snowy White & the Huntsman.

The model and actress of the same movie as Queen Eleanor (Snowy White’s mother) has recently given an interview to the MailOnline and she revealed some of her slim figure secrets.

The secret diet behind that body is no diet at all

Lingerie makes her happy

I think being happy and being positive can do the world for you. That and wearing great lingerie every day.

The mother-of-two, sickeningly, also reveals that she did zero preparation to get into shape for the Mimi Holliday shoot. ‘I always think I should do some sort of work-out regime and steer clear of carbs and sugar for a week beforehand, but I just never manage it,’ she shrugs. ‘I’m terrible at sticking to any sort of diet. The more I think I can’t eat something, the more I want to eat it,’ she admits. ‘And I know this is the most annoying thing for a girl to say, but I’m just really lucky; I can eat pretty much what I want.’ If she wasn’t so incredibly likable, it might be very easy to resent the charmed life of Liberty Ross.

her favourite foods are cheese and crackers, toast and jam, Sunday roasts and cake.

She’s the face – and moreover, the sizzling hot body – of a new campaign for the lingerie label Damaris’s Mimi Holliday range. The model somehow manages to pull off looking both regal and saucy at the same time,
while posing in lacy pants and bras, with a selection of cheeky headwear.

What about exercise?

I’ve just started seeing a personal trainer. I go twice a week for an hour, but I find it hard. I sweat a lot, and I’ve never really sweated before — but I have a lot more energy and my head is less foggy.

What about Botox?

I’m not into Botox — though I might tell you something different in ten years. I don’t think it looks good. You can tell when people have had it done, and I think women should age gracefully and naturally.
