Steps to be and feel beautiful

There are two steps that you have to follow if you want to look and feel beautiful.

Step 1.  You have to believe it.

“I can’t believe that” said Alice.
“Can’t you?” said the Queen
“Try again. Draw a long breath & shut your eyes”

“There’s no use trying” she said.
“One can’t believe impossible things”
“I daresay you haven’t had much practice” said the Queen. ” When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed six impossible things before breakfast.”

2. You have to look after your health.

‎’Your first duty is to make the body healthy. Without health, nothing can be achieved. Not only higher goals, but even worldly success is based on your health, your condition. Whatever you want to do, spiritual, social, national, you have to do it with your body. Your thoughts are manifested only through your body. You… can fulfil desires only through your body.’

feel beautiful and do something about itIf you don’t believe you can be beautiful you can’t feel beautiful.

If you don’t look after your health your beauty cannot show.  Being beautiful is also being healthy.

Start doing things that will help you look beautiful and healthy every day.

Things that you can do to improve your wellbeing.

1. Watch out your diet.  Eat healthy.

2. Reduce the amount of alcohol you drink.  Alcohol reduces your weight loss chances.

3. Exercise.  Your shape and mood will thank you for it.

4. Smile. You look prettier without spending money.

5. Read Sydney 4 Women to learn more about being beautiful and healthy.
