Yoga for Pregnancy

It is believed that yoga is great for pregnant women.

I did yoga while I was pregnant and it was great. It was a great opportunity to talk to other women who were expecting a baby.

There are many opportunities to do yoga while you are pregnant in Sydney (even for free). At the RPA Hospital there are free yoga lessons and in most hospitals there is a fitness program for pregnant ladies. Ask your local hospital if they run yoga lessons. You can also join a yoga studio or even a gym but make sure you tell the instructor you are pregnant since some yoga positions are not recommended during pregnancy.

There are many celebrities that practice yoga during pregnancy.

Miranda Kerr has also said that yoga (half and hour a day) is her secret for her great body shape.
